The mobile application is old and not very functional. Impossible to use it without a reminder by e-mail. The shipments on the application are not processed. No way to see the progress of our request on the application. The indigo expat application is perfect but the assur Travel application is totally useless.

Hello and thank you for your email. You are not the only policyholder to have made this comment. We reported it to Gapi a few weeks ago. Important updates have been made mid-April on the application, notably to correct the problems of sending refund requests. These updates are now available on App Store and Play Store. We have tested them and they seem to be working properly. Please update your Gapi Member application.
