Indeed, an error was made by our services at the time of the registration of the file and we apologize for it. The rate applied since the origin of the contract was therefore wrong. The rates communicated by our comparator were correct. The error was due to a wrong box checked at the time of registration. The insured was charged the family rate even though he was a couple. The insured was surprised by the rate in early January. We quickly identified the error and requested an immediate correction from the insurer. The insurer confirmed the rate correction retroactive to the start date of the membership. This happened at a very busy time of the year, which delayed a bit the response time we would like to maintain in such a situation.
