Mondassur began its operations in 2001 through the EuropUSA website, offering insurance solutions for expatriates, students, professionals, and travelers heading to the USA.
The broker later expanded its activities to cover all five continents. They design and distribute international mobility insurance contracts, aiming to provide tailored solutions for each individual based on factors such as the destination country, length of stay, and personal circumstances.
This international expansion of services occurred through the Mondassur.com website. Today, thousands of individuals and professionals are insured by Mondassur.

Contract available at 1st euro, opened to individuals under 65 years old, and liftime contract. The contract is denominated in EUR. Coverage is customizable with 4 levels of benefits, 3 optional modules, and 3 "Plus" optional modules.
Since January 1, 2021, Mondassur manages reimbursements directly. Repatriation assistance is provided by VYV.
Available options: repatriation assistance and civil liability (CHUBB).

We have been with this insurer for 2 years now and despite a few emergencies, they have always been able to respond. Very good experience, I recommend them.

Overall, they do the job. Reimbursements can be very fast or very long, I don't feel like there are any rules. My problem: I contacted them again regarding 2 unpaid refunds, they admitted to me that they had lost track of these 2 requests. Since I had a copy of the documents, the problem was solved immediately, but it still doesn't look very serious. The claim system has changed as of January 1, 2021, I have not yet tested this version.
