After a few weeks of implementation for the 1st reimbursement, the following ones are fast and notified by email. No particular problems after 6 months of use. Lacks a website on which to make refund requests (only an app. For the moment which makes scanning the documents a bit more complicated).

Quite satisfied GABON

Reimbursements are quite fast (1 to 3 weeks) and the online interface allows me to make the requests without sending documents from one continent to another, which is very convenient. It is a good complement to the CFE reimbursements which are quite low in case of high health costs as it is my case (Gabon). In case of questions, the answers are quick and clear.

quality services, but expensive GABON

Overall I am satisfied with my insurance. However, I find the premiums expensive. I think that the reimbursement period is reasonable, although I think that we can do better.
